Privacy Notice
Wonderspire Family, through its AI assistant Win, is designed to help families organise the information they choose to share, including schedules, family tasks, reminders, important events, child related routines, household bills and recurring family payments.
Information you may share
Your preferred name, WhatsApp number, children's first names and ages or age ranges, schedules, family tasks, school notices, reminders, important events, payment names, due dates, optional amounts, payment status and other information you voluntarily provide.
How information is used
Information may be used to create and operate your family profile, organise tasks and reminders, provide the Wonderspire Family and Win experience, improve product performance, provide support and protect the service from misuse.
Sensitive information
Please do not send national ID numbers, passport numbers, banking credentials, passwords or detailed medical records unless Wonderspire Family introduces a specific secure workflow for that information.
Household bills and payment reminders
You may choose to share payment names, due dates, optional amounts and payment status so Win can help organise reminders for household bills, school fees, tuition fees, home loan payments, car loan payments, utilities and other recurring family commitments.
Wonderspire Family does not currently require your online banking username, password, PIN, card number, security code, one time password or full loan account number for these reminder features.
Future financial features
Wonderspire Family may introduce optional features that help families understand and organise their finances, including account balances, household spending, bills, savings goals and family financial planning. Any future connection to financial accounts should require separate, explicit permission and should use secure authorised connections where available rather than asking you to provide banking login credentials directly.
When you choose to interact with Win through WhatsApp, your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp and Meta terms and privacy practices. Wonderspire Family may send service messages and reminders where permitted and where you have consented to receive them.
Children
Wonderspire Family should be initiated and managed by a parent or guardian. Parents remain responsible for deciding what information about their children is shared with Win.
Your choices
You may stop using Wonderspire Family at any time. Additional account, data access and deletion controls will be described in the full service terms made available with access.
